server crashed been down for 15 minutes now
Dana i tried to use zendesk it does not work for me on the Xbox i no like 30 other people that say the same maybe you guys should look in to that. Ty

Could you please report this issue over on Zendesk so that the team can look into this further?
If you are unable to use this on your console, you should be able to still access the link using your phone.
