Server been Offline for more then 15 hours ! ETA PLEASE!

Server type: PvP
Region: America

Server 1598 been down for minimum the last 2 hours … had some time this morning, guess it’s not going to happen huh ?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I log in
  2. Chose pvp servers
  3. Scroll the list of servers, server 1598 is not there
    4.I close the game and repeat … still no server 1598 in the list.

Bumb, server been down for more then 5 hours now …

Some of our official servers are having issues. We are working with Gportal to fix the problems asap. Really sorry for the inconvenience.

Would be great to just make a post about, so people dont worry about whats going on.

Only very few servers were affected and they should all be fixed now :slight_smile:

Did 1599 get fixed? Its been down since early this morning.

Dont know, its still down for us … really suck, had some greater pets coming in xD

Try to you enter the server # manually if it doesn’t show up in the list automatically.

Please also let me know if the server(s) are still not available.

Be sure to utilize the report button typically on the bottom left side of the window when opening the server list. Be sure to place the server number and any constructive information regarding said server (server has been offline *x hours, reloads and goes offline over again, etc). Remember servers run through gportal.
