Server Crash everyday and funcom dont fix it. The same after every update

Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

My game freezing. After i restard my game and playing for 10mins the Server crashed like everyday! I reported it to Zendesk!!!

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 Start the Game and Play
  2. Step 2 Get a Freeze, Start and play again
  3. Step 3Server crashed
  4. Etc.I report it everytime to zendesk. Why there is no hotfix because the servers crashing begins after the last update. Why Funcom dont talk to us?

Server still down. Tomorow we have the same crashes and nobody cares again.
