Server gone from list after PS4 blue screen crash

I got the blue screen crash while building, I reset my PS4 tried to log back into the private server I play on and it is now gone from the list. Ive tried to find it manually, typing the name in the server search, history and favorites its just gone. Admin told me it was up dont know how to log back in, I really dont want to start over again.
