This has increased significantly in the last 3 days. Does anyone know why? Does this happen to you too?
The server disconnection issue seems to be on the rise.
This can happen even when I’m looting stones outside of my house. It feels like my steam is dropping instantly.
This could also be a Steam issue. The game seems to crash when it can’t communicate with Steam. Furthermore, when I try to log in again, the servers show a ping of 9999, making me wait a long time. However, closing and reopening Steam fixes the problem.
Could there be a DDoS or similar attack specific to your Steam ID? Is it possible
No,is LAG and PING,just this,probably you have a lot if things in chests or are near a base with many thing,maybe loading textures can add PING loss and LAG,or even lighting in enviroments,as in dungeons,if you see that error,you only need to wait,be patient,there´s no need to close steam or game,just wait in game,not in-game,not with single or multi game loaded.
Same issue here with XBox official PvE/EU region. Seems to be not related to any of my actions or online time, happens also when i am alone on the server. Solid connection to net. For about a week now.
Playstation seems to be not affected so far.
There have been people talking about this before. I’ve seen it. I’m not the first. It’s spreading. I hope it resolves itself. It’s annoying. It’s been around for a long time, and I remember people complaining about it on PVP servers. It’s much more damaging because there’s no offline protection.
