Server official 1932 impossible to connect for more than 14 hours

already reported several time, but no action is done. Actually server = 0 players and not reachable for more than 14 hours yesterday just after the reboot, there was heavy lag band rubbing, making unplayable the game, Today server refuse all connection and continue to answer to query. Please help.
