Server PLAYER LIST hiding player names

I opened a server. when I click on Player List, everybody’s name is hidden. I want the entire server to be able to see who is online. How do I achieve this?

Also, how do I go over 70 players?

If you set the following setting to 0, this feature will be disabled: VocalVisibilityDurationMinutes = 0

You can also find it in-game under Server Settings - General (at the very bottom).

No clue, I am sorry. The max I have seen is 70.
