Server spawns no snake eggs at all!

Since they were introduced, I try to get snake pets aka eggs on the private server I am on.
I usually look at Mitras serenity and at the spider cave north of there but also looked sometimes under Derketos temple.

I have never seen an egg-clutch at any of these locations. The only other player on the server does not like snake pets.
Any I dea what could be wrong here?

Ok, check these 3 spawns. If you aint going to find them there too, then speak to your Admin.
