Server transfer bug

Bug Description:

Error whilst transferring character to another server, now my character no longer exists.

Steps to Reproduce:

IGN : FaTaL_SwAmZ

Tried transferring from ASIA : 4200 to OCEANIA 4300 and received the bug

1. Transfer from 4200
2. Import to 4300
3. Character gone
5. (etc)
