From what I have heard about transferring would not try until it is known safe.

He/she may not have a choice in the matter if you need to bug out of a soon-to-be-trimmed server and you want to get as much loot out as you can. But alas we don’t know precisely what the problem is except its in PS and deals with server transfers.

@cocogo …can you help us out a bit?

Also BTW…the Zendesk is where most of the server transfer specific issues go. the bug reports are more for general game play and such and there is grey area about general server transfer stuff vs specific server transfer stuff like token corruption etc.
