Server transfer item dupe and undecaying loot drop bags left behind

this – in short i reported this like 2 pathces i think ago when i tryed tranfer first time, from siptah to exile lands and i was killed in process and teleported to warmaker, so i tryed it again from exile to siptah and i can say it happened again - random death on shore and all items gone this time from 3017 to 6423 server…
Adding info about stuff, somehow half of my inventory was left behind on exile land, like armor some bugs, food, recipe… how i know this - 3 hours after tranfer one player said me that in place where i did transfer she found lootbag without decaying it full of my stuff i had in inventory ( not all but still…) why i say without decaying? 3 hours that lootbag was there then if she found it only 3 hours later in my place and named me actual stuff i had, so either its dupped it and then killed me in new server or i dont know what is wrong with transfers…
