Server Transfer question

No you can’t. There can only be one character “in transfer”.
You need to send your character to a new server first, before you can transfer with another.
Also take in mind there’s a a transfer cool down time, but I don’t know how long that is atm. It changed recently.

You could transfer one to a third server in the meantime, to free the spot.
