My transfer is enabled.
And no one can transfer in.
Refreshed server. And still not working.

To transfer to a private server only players from private servers can transfer. If your server has mods that could interfere with transfer.
I believe it would also have to be the same type of private server or pve to pve-c or up to pvp.
