We’re aware of this issue and our team has fixed it internally. It’ll come out soon as a part of a hotfix.

A quick fix to get the settings to take effect. Change the settings you want then scroll over to the general tab (without exiting the menu) change the nudity setting. Change it back and now your settings should be saved. This worked for me in solo/coop and as an admin on a private server i hope it helps you.
