In-game setting's & server settings still won't save!

I noticed exactly a year ago this bug was about, and it’s still here. I’m playing on PS4 Pro, my friend plays on normal PS4. On either online co-op or offline single player, game settings (nudity, aim sensitivity, show contextual controls etc) do not save whatever you change them to. The nudity option is constantly stuck on none. After some testing, the server seconds also still did not save. Even if the caption appears “restart server for changes to take affect” nothing happens. The moment you exit to menu or close the game, then log back in, the settings are all reset to default. A very annoying bug after a year! Please fix it if possible.

Note: I’ve read and tried all the work arounds, from deleting the save file to changing the nudity option after other settings; nothing works.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Start a co-op online game
  2. Try configuring your settings (aim sensitivity, removing contextual controls etc)
  3. Exit or restart the game
  4. The settings won’t have saved

Note: post updated as after a test, the server settings still don’t save either.
