Shallow Grave not producing a Zombie

Bug Description:

Placed archer II into shallow grave, performed ritual, animation of zombie did not happen, nothing rose from the grave, grave is now stuck in "a ritual is in progress, and nothing is happening. I can’t interact with it, can’t move it even with a hammer, can’t do anything. The archer isn’t seen when looking at the grave, and it’s been about 5 minutes. Did try relogging to no avail.

Bug Reproduction:

Placed shallow grave at Wastwatch Keep near ruin structure, placed Archer II inside, performed ritual, no zombie.
