Singleplayer, work stations Disappearing Help - PC

Bug Description:
I have workbenches in my base alongside other items that can be placed such as beds etc, Particular areas of my base, these items disappear forever once I log back onto my singleplayer world.

Steps to Reproduce:
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I place a workbench of any kind and other items that can be placed inside the base, these do not include actual structures like walls roofs and foundations.
I place these items in particular parts of my base, these areas are 100% fine when it comes to stability and decay, purge etc, nothing wrong with the foundation when I place these items.
I exit out to the main menu or the desktop, when I load back into the game my items are missing from my base. Sometimes when I log back in and I stand beside the stations I see them for a split second and they vanish.
This bug gets rid of the work station placed and the items that are in it,

You can find it by following:

\Users\[Your User]\Saved Games\[Game]

If your saved file is for the Exiled Lands it would be called “game.db” and if it’s for Siptah “dlc_siptah.db”.
