why would it work with starmetal only lol. as i stated above i just came back to conan on a PS5, i’ve been playing for a few years on PC only without any issues. i can’t find fiber to even get to the starmetal phase atm lol…

Ive been having the same issue. Trees shrubs animals are all invisible. I can see them from far away but if i get a little closer they disappear. Just got the game so I cant try star metal tools but it makes this map almost unplayable.

Okay, devs, here’s an easy correction to that bug : After character creation, a starmetal sickle should be found on the beach, near the water bag. I trust you will find some lore to explain why this magical item is necessary.

I play on my PC too and Isle of Siptah for the most part plays normally. I’ve only encountered the invisible foliage and monsters on the PS4/PS5 systems.

That pretty much narrows it down to the Playstation console environment - I know I hadn’t really seen many posts about this bug happening on PC or Xbox, but I’d never seen confirmation before now that it wasn’t, either.

I know I might’ve been a bit overbearing about the issue and how long it’s gone on for, but in anticipation for Sorcery I foolishly bought all the DLC for my wife (I already have it) and now Siptah is like this. My own fault, sure, but I kinda figured they’d at least have the issue fixed before the first BP ended.

I did this workaround last night, and I still cannot figure out what is it with the magic Star Metal Sickle :joy:. Such Harry Potter vibes.
Maybe by having the light effect on the Sickle forces the rest of the images to render?

Simply do a search on these forums with the word “invisible”. You’ll see there’s posts only in the XBox and PlayStation stems. I’m currently playing Isle of Siptah on my PC and I have encountered none of these problems. I think it may come from a graphics card feature that’s only available on PC. Or it may be something about shaders not registering properly. It could also have something to do with the order of the texture pipeline, because you can see the ground and tree trunk textures do render fine, but transparent textures of foliage, bushes and mobs don’t.

Agreed. I stopped playing Isle of Siptah on Playstation since it works fine on my PC. So playing Exiled Lands on PS5 and IOS on PC until they sort this out if ever.

So I jumped back on Siptah over the weekend for the first time in many months. And it turns out that I also have this issue. Although unfortunately @stelagel sickle work around did not work for me, unless I did it incorrectly.

Oddly enough, the vegetation was present around my base when I first loaded, then when I admin teleported, it was gone from that point onward.

Please make this one a priority guys. It is not a good look for someone who may have just purchased the Isle of Siptah map if they have to swing tools around wildly at thin air, hoping to hell that they hit something they need. It is the sort of thing which may prompt consumers to request a refund.

Did you use starmetal? @Desmodian confirmed that any starmetal tool will do the job!

Yes, workaround is not a solution, fixing it is, i totally agree!

No its was Eldarium and Steel. I will give it another go next time I play. But for now, thanks to yourself and @Desmodian for clarifying.

The light animation from Star Metal tools might trigger a rendering response (yup, I have never developed a game before, but that makes sense to me :rofl:).

Or starmetal weapons… which makes sense if it is the appearance that is doing it.
