The variety in loot is a welcome and interesting change. Refreshing and surprising sometimes!
But are we supposed to be getting things like feroxic bows in the chests on Exiled Lands?

I looted one of the Siptah specific fist weapons last night and thought that was odd too. Also dismantled some broken armor and got star metal back instead of eldarium.

This happened with events when they were first introduced and at that time you could dismantle and recieved eldarium. If I recall it was communicated as a mistake.
So perhaps it is an intended change being that they’ve changed the return to star metal?
