Slaves on Greater Wheel of Pain

[I use a Greater Wheel of Pain at my main base and just noticed (I’ve been at my outpost and haven’t used my greater wheel of pain) that there aren’t any slaves walking on it … I know there was slaves walking on there before the latest patch but now there’s none]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Build a Greater Wheel of Pain
  2. Place a Greater Wheel of Pain
