I havent really been keeping up to date with conan but does anyone know or have heard something about chapter 2 of age of heroes?
Is it coming? Or is it not happening? Etc

defs have changed to a 6 month interval between the chapters, so we might start hearing about chapter 2 sometime around April, 1 week before release on live servers, even though nothing actually works…/sarcasm (or not?)
By my estimate you can actually start playing chapter 2 semi-bug free sometime around June 2025.
But simply don’t expect anything on chapter 2 this year.
Don’t forget to drop in though every month…art team is really “fast” adapting assets from other FUNCOM games for the Bazar.

Age of Heroes will be 4 chapters with each chapter lasting 6 months. Mini updates will be sprinkled in every couple of months. Chapter 4 will focus primarily on bug fixes

The only thing semi solid we have heard is that they are planning to add more companions. The interview about the future of Conan Exiles mentioned only that. Oh, and they chatted about the dong slider and Dune for quite awhile. This one thinks Solomon Kane got almost as much talk time as actual plans for this game.
There was talk of having 4 chapters at 6 months each. But were the four chapters to be the standard moving forward, or just for Age of War?
Was the 6 month (doubling) of chapter length to reduce the number of chapters?
Who knows. It’s all subject to change.
There were noises about smaller updates sprinkled in between the Chapters… But that seems to have been eaten by fighting the bugs that rode in with this chapter.
Unless we count Headhunting rehash turning off as an “update”.
Honestly, don’t expect much.
When they were on an every three months treadmill, we got regular, buggy updates. Now they are at a more relaxed, six month pace, and the quality of update remains consistent.
Remember, Age of War got a surprise 4th Chapter that got a surprise 6 month span.
There is no reason to assume that Age of Heroes won’t see a surprise addition of Chapters, nor that they won’t surprise us with another doubling of time between Chapters.

With the 6 month update cadence, I’d expect AoH: C2 around April, seeing as it released in October 2024. There’s also the mid-season updates, the last one released at the 3 month mark when we were expecting a chapter update, so I’d assume the mid-season will release around halfway. I’d expect a mid-season update around January, just based on the timing of last one.
