It is called āLiving Settlementsā. Singleplayers can turn it off in settings/general, multiplayers depend on the global server setting.
I know what it is called, canāt be turned off on official PvP servers. I donāt play conan to build pretty little castles. I need my named thralls not to wander off and be killed by a wolf, I didnāt spend days and weeks finding these named thralls to have them walk through doors, into the forest to be killed.
Please, since you know it all. Tell me how a thrall I moved to Siptah is back in Exiled Lands before I even get there with a fast teleport? Tell me, does living settlement include the thrall wandering off into the wilderness to die?
You could always ālockā your doors to stop your wandering thralls from actually leaving your base. But I agree, Living Settlements is a mess and needs to be switched off, if not taken out of the game altogether.
Locked doors do not seem to function. I have thralls entering my abode when the doors are locked to thralls. Crafter thralls that are brought from the EL map to Siptah will and even when they are placed in a chair wonder off and return to their last position on the EL map.
Just a thought since you mention āeven when placed in a chairā - I assume you have tried placing them in a standing guard position near the chair and then placing them into the chair? Iām just wondering if it could have anything to do with them trying to go back to the postion they were last āplaced on guardā.
I found a workaround for those interested. I stripped down the 4 bugged thralls I had and then performed a rescue command. This seems to of reset the bugged AI of these thralls, they are working normally now.
Am disappointed I lost my named Tanner to a wolf though.
