Some parts of sorcery are gone

Bug Description:

After a game “freeze” while exiting my single player game, I have a bug with sorcery. Some spells and craftables are gone. For example I cannot build the sacrificial stone and thaumaturgy bench anymore. However I can build the cicle of power and shallow grave. In my existing sacrificial stone, I can’t perform rituals anymore. In my existing thaumaturgy bench, I can craft the thrall recepies and upgrade my book but I can’t craft an arcane staff. I am also still able to cast spells. Also my sorcery knowledge page mentions “the secrets of sorcery are veiled in mystery. Masters hold its knowlage”. I’ve already tried going back to the cave and relearn sorcery, to no effect. Please help.

Bug Reproduction:

Game froze once upon exit. Bug has been existing since.
