Some Player Data not saving correctly

Server Name: Blood and Sand RP-PVP-NoMods
Mods: NONE

Bug Description:

Players, on death, either lose a level or revert to previous attribute settings. Bed and bedroll spawns sometimes do not save, players that die in a dungeon cannot spawn in that dungeon, will often send them to a different dungeon. Journies for players reset upon death.

Bug Reproduction:

Many players have this issue, reproduces frequently.

Please help, we don’t see any relatable warnings/errors in the server logs.
