Some things (doors, clothes, armorer) not showing

I have downloaded Conan Exiles but I have encounted a problem. Some things appear invisible when placed. Doors, Armorer’s bench, armour, box lids are all invisible and I can’t figure out why. Can some one help?

Sometimes it may take some seconds to rwnder stuff once you enter the game.
You might try checking files on steam in case the download corrupted some.
