Whenever I try to upgrade my tome. I get a message stating I am standing too far away. It does not matter where I stand. The altar refuses to update my tome. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Thank you for reaching out. Do you have any objects placed on top of the workbench?
If you do, please try to remove them and give it another try to see if the issue still persists.
