Spear Handle not being used to make Spear weapons

I’m in a rented server and noticed after the Turanian DLC drop and hot fix, high tier spear weapons require a long handle for a sword instead of a spear handle to craft.
Looked at several spear weapons and all are saying the same thing. Created several weapons thinking it was just an image glitch, still takes the long handle.

Logged off and back on.
Had others make the same weapon, no luck.
