Greeting exiles!

Playstation 5

The stormglass Sanctum Set, you know that set with a 200k HP building piece wich is usefull for pvp bases. Is bugged!

I reported it at Zendesk and their answer is that it happens because of desynchronization between the player and the server.

Imagine me and 3 other clan mates, all being ‘Desynchronizated’.

Nothing about a fix or anything. Meanwhile we wasted 10 euro on something we cant use! We did be able to use it like 2 days. Then the glitch kept happening and we only did be able to fix it by fully restarting our playstations.

What is the problem? Mine is working fine and I like it. I hope the come more of these double doors in future sets.

It wont shop up in the hammer menu. It did the first 2 days, then bugged out once.

It shows you bought it at the bazaar. But now if i open the craft menu with my hammer, it wont show it anymore.

Is it related to your whole account for example single player or only the server you are playing?

Did you use yellow lotos potion? I know that you can lose sorcery and other recipe if consumed. Maybe this happens?

Didnt check single player yet.

I didnt loose the recipe, it will show i got the recipe in my feats. If i go to bazaar its says ‘owned’ when i click buy.

It just doesnt show up in the crafting menu of the hammer.
And zendesk isnt helping either. They blame it on something that isnt my fault. Meanwhile i cant use where i did spend my money on. :pensive:

These things were happening to me considering sorcery items or whatever I purchased before. Restarting the game won’t do. I suggest relogging your client, not just the game. Or isn’t there any “other” cathegory in the filter of crafting menu?

Can’t tell, I don’t own any of the Bazaar building sets.

How do i relog the client on playstation?
And yes its kinda annoying when it happens.

Wouldn’t it just restart the system?

Have you tried restoring your licences on the playstation?

Make sure to specify your issue with the item is that you can’t craft it, and leave the PvP matter out since it’s a bug we are aware of.

Make sure to select “in-game purchase” as the issue type.

Why is it even 200k? Isn’t that pay to win? I thought they said they won’t make it pay to win☠️ Funcom contradicts so much of what they say and do and lack common sense with their updates . This game so could be Soo good it’s actually crazy they haven’t figured it out after 3 years. It’s so disappointing since I actually like this game. It’s always broken nothing every gets fixed in time or at all in fact
