Stuck in a pit in spider caverns and can't get out

I’m in Connal Valley ,was leaving Spider caverns,fell into a hole and can’t get out.Tried restarting game and also shut down pc and restarted game.Nothing works/still stuck in the hole.

You should be able to use any portal or /stuck as people already proposed.

These wont work if you are in a falling animation. Restarting game would possibly help to get out of this falling animation.

If you are on fury you could ask anyone to kill you and then you can resurrect.
