I noticed the same issue while playing t4 surges. So to “showcase” the issue you just have to play your own game while not in admin mode 
Which weapons? ALL that drop in this activity!!! Like i said just play your own game and youll find the problems!!!
So since i hope YOU as a caring customerfriendly company have allready tested this by sipmly starting a 1000essence surge and kill !one! oneskulled enemy and find out weapons drop with almost 0 damage or armor pen.
So please tell me what did u find out + when will this getting fixed. Or… you finally admit you gave up on conan and working on another game!? what happened to your big promises: better communication bla bla bla?
