While the debate over the use of foundations and server performance is a long standing one
We do feel it does affect the load and performance of the server ~ and the server runs much better without them as does the use of animated flames but the newer chandeliers are a must! 
Foundations = quick and simple, but bulky and restrictive.
Fence foundations + pillars = cleaner look, more control, stronger structure, and smoother terrain alignment.
Awesome Community! Chill and relaxed PVE server! Daily events are enjoyable! Weekly market is the best! Its fun to gather and see what everyone has to offer! I love being a part of the Synergy Community!

I’ve been with Synergy community for many years now and it’s my favorite community by far. Everyone is good natured and fun oriented. We have a blast!
Well run server with daily challenges weekly community gatherings, an active commerce system and monthly building contests. Lots to do here, even in end-game. Can’t recommend this server enough. Love playing here.
I quit playing for a few years and came back, since then I’ve been playing on this server for a couple of years now. Now that we can walk around without falling through the floor (thanks Funcom!), the server is starting to get really active again.
If you’re looking for a server with friendly, helpful players, regular events including Siptah imported thralls and enemies, and building contests, look no further!
