what i have found is funcom outsourced support with a outside company that were using software that was not compatible with the engine and that is why a lot of textures are not loading in consoles and might be fixed in chapter 2. just me i doubt it will ever be fixed for consoles and are just better off getting a pc if you want to play this game. i have been having nothing but headaches since the AoS and this is a finished game
