Terain Not loading for Co-Op

Bug Description:

The terrain does not load for my husband as we walk across the map

Expected Behavior:

As we walk across the map, the trees, bushes, rocks, and aloe become visible for both players (will sometimes play fine)

Installed Mods:

Isle of Siptah

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Walk across the map with my husband
  2. For me everything loads, for my husband, only water, sand, and enimies load.
  3. Run into rocks
  4. Husband quits game

Has he tried changing the settings for his textures? From low to high or high to low, depending on what he is using?
