Textures keep changing

In certain areas (snowy mountains, volcano) the terrain keeps changing its textures. It’s very distracting. Because of the different textures it looks like it’s changing its shape. It is not loading, because if I stay there for 25 minutes it still happens. I see if you are in one place, it does not change until you move.

I moved to the left, pressing the A only once.

Look at hte rock at the level of my head: the smaller pebbles of the left side are raised a bit, just like at my shoulder.
And the grass below that rock changed too.

All drivers are up to date, game files verified, no problems.

But I’m playing on PC with only high (in some options medium) settings, and I have +40 plus FPS.
And it started to happen a couple of days ago.
Nowadays my game has some illnesses.

Mods I’m using (quite a lot):

So far there was no texture-related issues with these mods and no mod updates in the couple 3-4 days if I remember correctly.

Both the software and the GPU’s firmware are up to date.
