The abusive prices of the battle pass and bazar

This part is inaccurate.
But only barely.
You do not have to invest as many feats to craft the hardened steel sword of knuckle dragging from the Bazaar. In fact, you can craft it with only the basic feat of warrior or whichever one let’s you make stone weapons.
So that can be crafted as soon as you have a smith bench and the materials, no level lock. Unlike the star metal ones. Another reason this one is less than happy with the recent trend of Bazaar gear coming in steel and hardened steel tier rather than iron and Starmetal.

I did notice that when I was testing out sorcery. Level 20. All points into authority. 3 zombiea into the unnamed city to get star metal from drops. Epic gear before 30. Lol

One of my friends was shorted 10 coins from the Battle Pass and Zendesk wont give them to him. Now he is faced with buying more coins or not doing the next Battle Pass. It’s all a scam.

Good luck making Korg understand what p2w is. For him time savers, feat savers, level restriction bypasses are not p2w. He’s been on copium big time about this topic.

The SMALL Wheel of Pain , some dlcs have big life and also the big snakes of course the snakes got nerfed but They still best of Any others pet in exiles land.

mexico is even cheaper, and there are countries in latam that are cheaper than mexico.

Personally this one would consider it pay for advantage.
But this one is a pedant like that

It is utile early game, for perhaps the first day or so on most PvP servers.

If servers started fresh regularly, it would be a much more noticable edge, but as matters stand, it is one of the advantages this one notes that if that’s all it took to defeat someone else, they were going to lose anyway.
Specifically because a better version of those weapons is available as a drop from the dreck patrolling around the Stygian fort.
“Unique” (or whatever they call the yellow border) Hardened Steel Shortswords, easy enough to acquire on the way to picking up Musashi’s Blackblade.

Controlling the resource glut that is Al Merayah is it’s own issue. That one stop shop is a massive boon to solo reaver activity or other decentralized strategies. But that’s it’s own separate topic.

This one personally doesn’t consider these hardened steel blades as impactful on the same level as, say, certain steep roof pieces.

All things equally, it is definitely an advantage. But in the current situations it’s a very thin advantage.
That having been said, enough paper thin advantages can add up to a book, if someone knows the trick for bringing them all together.

TLDR; this one is uncomfortably on the fence regarding how impactful it really is, but feels it is inaccurate to say it has no impact at all. Especially as server settings vary and officials may change it n the future.

it seems india and ucraine are the cheapest … i wonder how much it will be in their currency.

in Mexico, 7800 cc are : 470 mexican pesos, about 28 USD.

VPN, no idea if that would work with CC.

Tactics they use and do without shame.
Still come out there and pretend to be good people.
Trying to squeeze as much $ as they can out of players.
But its good as well. Maybe if they were not that greedy and have more reasonable prices. The sales would go up and they’d make to much money.

Everyone knows the shit is overpriced as frick.

But because it operates on FOMO, enough people will buy it for Funcom to turn a profit.

Funcom is a greedy company that doesn’t give a single shit about players. If they did, they would just keep using the perfect DLC system and didn’t lie about making age content available for cheaper later.

i agree the prices are too high. the solution for me is very, very simple. i dont buy stuff from the bazaar. if it was half the price it is now, it still wouldnt be worth it.

Again what I posted somewhere else people are doing the same absurd claims with deceptive math themselves:

I made a saving on interest with money I would have spent on WoW when I decided not to play it anymore, money for sub and xpacs. With those dividends I can buy crom coins enough to buy anything I want from the Bazaar. I see all around people saying that WoW is the cheapest sub around which seems “unbothered” with inflation.

I dont think interest on the money you would pay for a so called “cheap MMO” seems to be an unreasonable proposition, since even paying the actual value of that sub in crom coins every month would be already some kind of “equivalency”.

People are way too clung on the thing that the right price of things is 0.
