It turns out that when I have stamina the character behaves as if he didn’t have it, he doesn’t attack, run, roll.

This one has had this issue sometimes as well.
Usually it requires a bracelet removal or a full log out and restart to clear it.
In one instance (on an unmodded private server) restarting the server was required.
Do you encounter this in single player or on a server?
Does it persist after logging out and back in?
