I used to fix stamina issue by removing bracelet.
Never had issue with interaction. Try restarting the game.
And make sure your character is in safe place, your base, before removing bracelet.

Happens to this one as well.
As was mentioned above, get close to your spawn point and slip the bracelet off, that seems to be the only remedy.
This one has even logged out of the game, shut the PStato down and restarted to no avail.
If a private server, a server reboot may help?

Just encountered today on PS5 on an official server. Stamina bar won’t refill, unable to use weapons and tools. No jumping, rolling. Restarts have not fixed it. Haven’t tried removing bracelet.
When you quit a session, do not sit in a chair or lay on a bed. While in the game, do not sit on a chair or lay in a bed. Doing so triggers the stamina stuck at zero and character freezing issues.

It seems like this bug has been around since the beginning. Does Funcom just not care ?
