My friends, the server owner being one of them, and I have tried to complete the Dungeon Delver Journey together (I am further back than they are) but haven’t been able to get credit for the “Explore the Sunken City” step after completing the dungeon and thoroughly exploring it.
I had the same problem. My solution was:
Go to another journey and complete 1 step, then switch back to the dungeon jurney and repeat it.
