Hi @Treeyou_anyone , we’ve verified that the database from that server became corrupted and have restored an earlier backup that did not result in crashing the server. Unfortunately, corrupted databases are non-recoverable so the server had to suffer a slight rollback.

Thank you for confirmation. I knew it couldn’t be recovered. Does that mean that the cause of the server crash has been fixed? I hope for management and maintenance so that the same trouble will not occur in the future.

It’s yet to be determined if the corruption was caused due to a game or hardware issue, this is still being investigated and measures will be taken accordingly, apologies for the inconvenience.
