The Passage is still hidden on my map, it's never discovered or marked on my map

Mods: Hosav’s Custom UI Mod - 2.3.10, Kerozards Paragon Leveling - Reloaded - v2.4.0

Bug Description:

“The Passage” will not reveal/mark on my map even though I have used it several times. I have had to manually mark it on my map.
