So I’ve been spending my time completing the map in order to get the journey and to my surprise after discovering all the locations found on this map : https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/919175824810248815/A4530C435FB68541C40C31098948F32C5F5AB752/ I haven’t completed the journey - was wondering if this is because the map isn’t complete or the journey is having the same issue as “equip light piece of armor”.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Discover all locations in Exiled Lands
There’s the site called Non found outside the playable area at TeleportPlayer -308329.1875 314039.5625 -20877.771484.
Presumably this is being counted as one of the required locations for the journey goal, even though it’s not one that we’re meant to access.
Thanks ! So I’m guessing this is impossible to get when you’re on an official server ? 
It is now July 20 2018 and I have the same issue. Perhaps its a bug, or I may have missed something, but the official wiki list of discoverable places have all been found. Devs, may we please have this looked at as well as other journey steps that are bugged, like throw an orb etc?
I will note this down and track the thread myself. I’m just a wiki editor though.
I’m also having this bug. I have discovered all accessible locations, and did not unlock the journey step. Perhaps due to new locations being added in inaccessible (as of yet) areas?
