The Passage of passive spiders

I accidentally found “the passage” yesterday. Wasn’t happy about ending up in the jungle but only because I was expecting a purge at anytime. Anyway, none of the spiders would attack. They would aggro and follow me around but when I stop they would just stare at me. Same goes for the big praying mantis thing. That would go through what u assume were attacking animations but do no dmg.

I honestly thought that this was a feature. I go there all the time to hand with my spider bros and that one ugly guy.
