There should be a weapon mod that removes weapon mods

It would be nice if you could build something that could clear the weapon mods from an item.

e.g.
craft weapon1
craft mod1
apply mod1 to weapon1
realize it was the wrong mod
craft modremover
apply modremover to weapon1
craft mod2
apply mod2 to weapon1
enjoy weapon1
