Thrall bug and server crash

Sever 2203 on Xbox one has daily random shut downs. Thralls randomly dying with no record to why. Thralls also have major health damage or getting stuck in the map whilst fighting tier 3 boss mainly red dragon in unnamed city also same red dragon disappears through the ground. Hours of gaming goes into taming thralls and ranking them up all for them or just disappear and die with legendary equipment in an instance. Maybe allow tracking of your thralls death on the map?? Very disappointing when people have spent there hard earned money on the game and DLCs!

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.just running through the map
2.fight red dragon in unnamed city with thrall

Hello @Apscfc, the server crash issues have been addressed in yesterday’s hotfix, as well as certain issues that resulted in thralls dying to fall damage.

Please don’t hesitate to share any feedback regarding these fixes.

Appreciate the reply. Another thing is bugging me the animals elephants especially constantly get stuck inside.
