Thrall glitch stuck in inventory

Bug Description:

When thrall conversion completes the thrall glitches and becomes stuck in inventory, unusable, the game is unplayable I wasted so many hours this is so frustrating, I like this game but this will make me quit if not fixed

We have tamed many Thralls and pets on Siptah pve-c official recently ps5 have not had this problem. 3 of us.

90 plus of our thralls and pets have gone through respective pens wheel of pain. @Lividkratos
