I have the same problem offline. The mods are installed, but all are different. Here’s my list of mods:

As you can see, there is not a single mod of the same, so the problem is unlikely to be in the mods.
The problem arises on the foundations I have built when the slave follows me. The problem appears frequently, every 5 minutes. If you move away from the slave, he will stand up normally and run after me. Sometimes it takes a normal position if you just look at it for a while.
