Thrall spamming around the map

Bug Description:

Two Thralls spamming around the map while following then dying one being killed by an unknown entity log just says died

Expected Behavior:

Thralls not spamming around the map and getting randomly getting killed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Travelling with thrall. Unsure how the Bug occured honestly.
