Thralls and NPCs freezing in place when entering map area H11

Bug Description:

The map area around H11 where the large green dragon spawns is causing npcs and thralls to freeze in place and no longer move or react, the dragons (small dragons included) will also constantly disappear and respawn at a small height above their position, drop to the ground, freeze again and repeat this over and over. Thralls entering this area lock into place and no longer follow you or attack anything, they will sometimes resume following you once you leave this area. I also tested this in single player with no mods used in either case with the same effect in this particular area. Server and game restarts do not fix this issue.

Bug Reproduction:

enter map area H11, around the large green dragon and “The High Way” transition area into the volcano.

Can you confirm if this is happening on official servers as well and if you have any mods on the server you’re playing?

Yes I went just now and confirmed this on Official server #1535 PvP, it is doing the same thing.
And NO mods were used in any of the tests, as stated earlier. This is now confirmed to occur in official, private, and single player servers.
