Thralls dont take any damage anymore on scouting

Not sure if this is intended or not, but cant find anything in the patch notes.
Since the new Patch, after you kill a Player you cant damage the Thrall anymore outside of raidtimes.
Could we get a official answer if this is intended or not.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Kill an enemy with a following Thrall/Horse
  2. After the enemy dies the horse/Thrall dont take any more damage

We are experiencing this issue on our server as well. It’s easily repeatable and getting complaints daily about this change in behavior. We scoured the configuration settings looking for a new variable to toggle but couldn’t find anything of the sort. Is this working as intended in the new expansion or this a bug?
