Try sacrificing a Thrall for science
there is supposed to be a Mob up there? I have never seen anything up there.
There could be I’ve had a couple npcs not spawn where they should
I was just up there last night in testlive sp and there was nothing. I’m reading this like, what the heck did I miss?? I tried to use everything. The only thing was the book of recipes and the talking stone.
The Alter of Bats and white giant bat boss got removed recently.
i would assume it was part of the old unawakened staff “quest” line it was a odd item that had to be awakened to talk to a npc disenbodied voice that gave clues to how to forge the item to break your braclet
Figured out the alter (Post Launch). Defeat the dregs boss. Get staff of triumvirate. Add that and albino bat demon blood to the alter and it transforms the staff. Set the staff down and tada. I won’t say the rest.

I worked out that part but cant work out what to do next. Portal doesnt do anything?
